Available Position
HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The ideal candidate will possess design and build knowledge, particularly in steel projects, cold stores, and hangars with a strong background in Civil Engineering or Architecture. In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets is essential.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets.
- Strong understanding of all types of steel projects, cold stores, and hangars alongside RCC (commercial/residential).
- Proven track record in managing design and build projects.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
Technical Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, strong understanding of online marketing and PR strategies, proven experience in managing websites and social media platforms.
