Job Post- Warehouse & Logistics Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support and execute warehouse and logistics operations effectively. Your role will include but is not limited to:
- Receiving, stocking, picking, issuing, transferring, and pre-loading tools and materials.
- Handling tools and delivering spare parts to specified locations, ensuring pre-loaded materials are organized at customer sites.
- Efficiently performing assigned tasks to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and departmental targets.
- Strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the Engineering Procedure Manual (EPM) to maintain safety and compliance.
- Operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and utilizing system tools like PCs and handheld devices for warehouse activities.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all warehouse and logistics operations.
- Supporting various warehouse operations across Goods Inwards, Main Stores, Sub Stores, Tool Stores, Line Maintenance Stores, Outstation Support, Business Support, and Spares Distribution sections.
Qualifications & Experience:
To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum of 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics operations is preferred.
- Skills: Basic English language proficiency and good physical fitness are essential.
- Additional Qualification: A valid UAE driver’s license or Airside Driving Permit (ADP) will be an added advantage.
- Safety-Sensitive Role: Yes. This position requires strict adherence to safety protocols.
