Role and Responsibilities: As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial aspects of our restaurant operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Conducting regular financial analysis and reporting to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Implementing and maintaining robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and human resources, to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Leading the finance team and providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their professional development and success.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Experience in fast-moving, high-volume restaurant operations is highly desirable.
