Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Inspections: Perform thorough pre and post-inspection checks to ensure the bus is in excellent condition, clean, and ready for use.
- Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with the supervisor for scheduled and unscheduled vehicle maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
- Safe Transportation: Drive safely and responsibly, ensuring the timely transport of passengers and employees across various airport terminals.
- Route Familiarity: Stay updated on all bussing routes within DXB and DWC for efficient navigation.

- Perform Pre and Post Vehicle Inspections to confirm that the bus is serviceable, clean, and ready for operation.
- Coordinate with the Supervisor daily to address any scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, ensuring the vehicle’s registration and airport permit are valid.
- Safely transport employees and passengers, ensuring punctuality and high-quality customer service.
- Follow company grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance.
- Familiarize and comply with all bussing routes within DXB and DWC to ensure safe and efficient passenger and employee transportation.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental management policies, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Openly discuss and report any safety concerns to the relevant supervisor.
- Operate CAT 5 & CAT 6 buses (capacity ranging from 22 to 75 passengers).
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Completion of 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of heavy bus driving experience, specifically in transporting employees, passengers, or customers.
- License Requirement: Must hold a valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License (CAT 5 & CAT 6).
