Job Purpose:
The Job Holder is responsible for the delivery of high-quality product by monitor production for compliance with Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, customer requirements and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge Skills & Ability :
- Knowledge of Frozen Food quality, safety, halal and BRC requirements
- SAP, MS Office.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Systems.
- Knowledge of Auditing Techniques.
- Excellent Verbal, Written, Reading Skills in English.
