HOUSEKEEPING TEAM LEADER
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE Driving License is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the housekeeping team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Schedule and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff, taking into consideration workload and priorities.
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and cleaning protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
