Work is done on a split shift schedule and as needed. They should do their duties responsibly. A strong and attractive personality, integrity, initiative, evidence of good health and grooming, moral rectitude, and appropriate behaviour are all required. Works well in stressful circumstances. Willing to put in extra time if necessary to handle urgent or significant matters. Willing to shift to another SG hospital if necessary to fill the gap.
