1. Quality Controller – Sharjah, UAE

Mezzan Holding is looking for a dedicated Quality Controller with at least one year of experience in the food manufacturing sector. This role is crucial for maintaining product quality, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 100% accurate inspections of incoming materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of inspection records and follow-up actions.
  • Report supplier non-conformances promptly and ensure traceability of materials inspected.
  • Monitor storage conditions and oversee stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
  • Adhere to food safety standards such as FSSC 22000 and HACCP, while ensuring proper hygiene and safety protocols are followed.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and support process improvement initiatives.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Expertise in QC inspection, material quality tests, and food safety inspections.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • HACCP Level-3 certification (mandatory) with additional food safety training preferred.

2. Sales Supervisor – Dubai, UAE

Mezzan Holding is also seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to manage and develop a dynamic sales team in Dubai. This role is ideal for experienced professionals in the food and beverage distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of store development marketers and merchandisers to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Deliver training and coaching sessions, including one-on-one support through route rides and work sessions.
  • Review progress against objectives during weekly meetings and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Set and monitor sales targets for all SKUs and ensure adherence to company pricing and distribution policies.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, distribution, and operational challenges.
  • Drive new business acquisition and customer base expansion.
  • Manage budgets, monitor display agreement costs, and execute brand activation plans.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • A valid UAE driving license and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Over 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the UAE food and beverage sector.
  • University or college degree is preferred.
